L’inconscio è una parte della nostra mente che noi non possiamo controllare, vedere, sentire, o comprendere razionalmente. Imparare a comunicare con la tua mente inconscia vuol dire poter influire sulla vita che ti circonda. Scopri 5 modi efficaci per iniziare a comnunicare con il tuo inconscio.

E’ proprio la mente inconscia a “governare” il mondo dentro e fuori di te. Mentre la mente razionale ne raccoglie solo i frutti. La tua mente conscia ed inconscia è una specie di albero. La corona è la mente conscia, mentre le radici è quella inconscia. Se le radici sono carenti di nutrimento e acqua, soffrono. Come fa allora la corona ad essere folta e forte? Imparare a prendersi cura della propria mente inconscia aiuta a prendersi cura anche della mente conscia.

Vediamo un esempio. Prendiamo un giorno. Immagina di arrivare a fine giornata e ricordarti tutti i particolari. Cosa ti è successo, chi hai incontrato? Di che colore erano e vestiti delle persone che hai incontrato? Che cosa ti hanno detto? Cosa hai risposto? Di che colore erano le vetrine nei negozi che hai visto andando al lavoro? Se ti ricordi tutto questo, puoi considerarti un fenomeno.

Perché farai fatica a ricordarti tutti questi particolari? Perché la nostra memoria operativa, o quella che possiamo controllare, non è capace di contenere cosi tante informazioni. L’inconscio si, invece. Come una spugna assorbe tutte le informazioni che ci arrivano. E lo inizia a fare già quando siamo nell’utero della mamma.

Per poter ricevere le informazioni nuove ogni giorno, la nostra memoria ha una serie di filtri. L’inconscio i filtri non ne ha, prende tutto quello che gli offrono – le convinzioni, reazioni automatiche, comportamenti, sensazioni, emozioni. Quando questo contenuto è funzionale alla nostra vita e la nostra crescita, lo sfruttiamo a nostro favore. Quando, invece, inizia ad esserci scomodo o ci blocca? Ecco che il saper comunicare con l’inconscio diventa utile e importante.

Poter parlare al proprio inconscio vuol dire trovare le risposte a molte domande. Ad esempio, perché reagisco in quel modo quando sento piangere un bambino? Dialogare con l’inconscio vuol dire capirsi meglio. Diventare più consapevoli di propri reazioni ed emozioni e poterle controllare e cambiare.

Ti dico di più. Poter comunicare con il proprio inconscio vuol dire trovare il vero se stesso e capire cosa vuoi davvero dalla vita. Più ti unisci con il vero te, più risorse avrai per creare la vita che vorrei per te.

Pratiche meditative.

La meditazione viene praticata da migliaia di anni. E’ nel modo occidentale che è arrivata da pochi decenni, diventando una moda. Per poter accedere alla mente inconscia tramite meditazione, devi sapere COME meditare. Non è scontato. Molte persone hanno in mente diversi tipi di meditazione, e alcuni non c’entrano nulla con la mente inconscia.

Meditazione è un modo per andare oltre la mente conscia, quindi staccarsi dalla realtà. La nostra mente “parla” sempre. I pensieri che frullano nella testa ogni secondo sono migliaia. La chiave alla meditazione efficace è proprio creare il silenzio dentro la mente. Solo in silenzio riesci a sentire il tuo inconscio.

La meditazione Trataka è uno degli esempio che possono andar bene. Si concentra lo sguardo su un oggetto esterno a noi, ad esempio la fiamma di una candela. O una figura interna.

Posiziona una candela di fronte a te, ad una distanza di 70-80 cm, dopodiché siediti in una posizione meditativa comoda. Aggiungi dei cuscini se ti servono per essere più rilassato e se porti gli occhiali, è preferibile toglierli.

Concentrati sul punto più luminoso della fiamma e comincia a fissarlo. Se tieni gli occhi aperti per un po’, potresti lacrimare ma non preoccuparti. Quando te la senti, chiudi gli occhi e focalizza l’immagine che vedi: il riflesso della fiamma sulla retina. Continua a concentrare il tuo sguardo e non lasciare che i pensieri esterni interferiscano con il tuo momento di meditazione.

Quando l’immagine sparisce, apri nuovamente gli occhi e fissa un’altra volta la fiamma. Ripeti questo procedimento per circa 20-25 minuti.

Importante riconoscere la meditazione “corretta” da quella “scorretta” per comunicare con l’inconscio. Hai presente i podcast che offrono meditazione guidata? Dove una voce ti accompagna leggendoti un testo? Ecco, questo tipo di pratica la chiamerei piuttosto affermazioni. A meno che non è praticata da un ipnoterapista professionale che sa guidarti per entrare in uno stato di ipnosi.

Disegnare per parlare con la mente inconscia

Saprai benissimo che disegnare libera la creatività. Il disegno coinvolge la parte destra del cervello responsabile per la creatività e il pensiero laterale. Disegnare aiuta a rappresentare dentro di noi delle figure che la mente conscia può anche non capire. Immagina di osservare un quadro degli impressionisti o altra arte astratta. Ognuno ci trova le proprie figure, immagini e attribuisce i propri significati. Proprio perché l’inconscio tuo è diverso da quello degli altri.

Il tuo inconscio ti parla proprio tramite la parte destra del cervello. Esistono diverse tecniche di disegno che aiutano a parlare all’inconscio. Ad esempio, il disegno intuitivo, nato negli Stati Uniti, negli anni ’60. Un’insegnante americana Betty Edwards fondò un metodo di disegno sorprendentemente efficace e lo chiamò “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain” (“Disegnare sul lato destro del cervello”).

L’essenza del metodo di disegno intuitivo è “zittire” l’emisfero sinistro e rendere il protagonista quello destro. In questo modo non hai possibilità di razionalizzare quei oggetti strani e astratti che rappresenti sul foglio. Puoi vedere, invece, l’oggetto per quello che è realmente. Confrontando le sue dimensioni nel loro insieme, la dimensione dei singoli elementi, il rapporto tra spazio, luce e ombra, e combinando tutto questo in un unico quadro.

Un altro modo per comunicare con l’inconscio disegnando è Neurographica®. Neurographica® permette di collegare la nostra rete neurale (il sistema nervoso) con le nostre convinzioni tramite il disegno. Disegnare e colorare i Mandala è un altro modo per parlare con il tuo inconscio. Ed infatti è un’attività diventata molto popolare oggigiorno. Mandala si traduce dall’indiano antico come “cerchio magico”. Nel nostro caso il Mandala funge da strumento di contemplazione e concentrazione. È l’ideale per raggiungere uno stato per liberare le intuizioni e chiarire le idee.

Giochiamo le carte. Quelle metaforiche.

Le carte metaforiche sono delle carte molto simili a quelle da gioco. Ne esistono centinaia di tipi. Ci sono quelle con le persone, paesaggi, animali, personaggi delle fiabe, astrazione. Sono completamente diverse nello stile e nel contenuto, a volte supportate da parole e frasi. Ciò che conta non è ciò che è rappresentato sulla carta, ma come risuona nella persona.

Quando guardi una carta metaforica, parti per un viaggio attraverso il tuo proprio “museo” interiore. Per esempio, guardi la foto di un bambino che piange e questo fa scattare in te un ricordo. Potrebbe essere una situazione in cui eri protagonista o spettatore. O potrebbe essere qualcosa che non ti è successo, ma che in qualche modo ti ha colpito. In ogni caso, ha una forte impronta nel tuo museo personale, e quando guardi la carta, queste impronte “prendono vita”.

Ipnosi. Solo professionale, mi raccomando.

Per me l’ipnosi è quella tecnica che va praticata SOLO in presenza di un professionista certificato, cioè ipnoterapeuta. Sicuramente, la parola “ipnosi” suona molto forte. Può anche sollevare molti stereotipi, tra cui la truffa. Nonostante ciò, l’ipnosi viene usata mi molti ambiti terapeutici e anche medici, ad esempio, per i pazienti che non tollerano l’anestesia.

Ci sono diverse tecniche di ipnosi. Ad esempio, l’ipnosi regressiva permette di ricercare le cause dei conflitti attuali nel mondo remoto di sogni di trance che possono assumere l’aspetto di precedenti vite.

L’ipnosi ericksoniana rappresenta un’evoluzione dell’ipnosi classica, sebbene con una propria identità. Il suggerimento ipnotico di Erickson può facilitare il paziente ad usare le capacità e potenzialità che rimangono inutilizzate o sottosviluppate a causa della mancanza di formazione o comprensione. Vuol dire tirare fuori le risorse che hai già dentro di te.

Scrittura automatica

La chiamano anche “scrittura libera”. Questo tipo di scrittura “senza filtri” permette di tirare fuori tutto quello che si ha nel subconscio. Come se aprisse la porta al subconscio. La scrittura libera si usa in Neurographica® per attivare l’accesso al subconscio, e tirare fuori il massimo prima di iniziare a disegnare. Questo passaggio è fondamentale per poter parlare bene al proprio inconscio.

Esistono diversi modi per praticare la scrittura automatica. Ad esempio, buttare fuori la tensione emotiva e liberare lo spazio mentale.
